Email from Neosteel

Well, it appears Neosteel are unhappy at my blog entry, they feel I should up date my blog, so I will.

My previous entry stands, it is how I feel about the belt and its fit and function. Mr Mende cannot understand how others have not reported issues as I have stated such as adequate drainage and keeping clean, could it be that we are not all the same? Not all with the same tolerances?

What I will say though and I do agree with a point in Mr Mende’s email is that during the purchase I did recieve a very warm welcome and excellant service, a belt was not the only item ordered, and the other item did not fit and was measured by me. Mr Mende remeasured and remade the item, the only additional cost to me was postage. And like I said then I was very very grateful. However Mr Mende it does not change any of the issues I have suffered.

You asked in your email why I did not contact you, well my situation has changed a lot over the past year, and the process of sending items back and forward from Germany just was not an option.

Some customers complain to the manufacturer, others do not. Its life I am afraid.

I know you wish to keep up the good name of Neosteel, and I do not blame you, but I have not said anything against Neosteel in my blog, and anything I do say is simply my personal opinion from my experience, someone elses experience will be different.
