Well it had to happen, a night out with the lads, wrapped in steel…
I met up with PR, T and PW and a friend of PW’s which I hadnt met before. PR, T and PW knew about the 3k, and T knew about the move to steel, the others had heard but didnt realise it had happened yet. They thought I was joking.
As the afternoon progressed in to evening, and we were chatting, I was giving PW some stick over something or other and he said his mate didnt know, but if I kept up he would drop me in it, to that I replied “don’t care bud”, of course his friend over heard… “what..what..what?”
Didnt help his friend was a Director for a TV company that specialises in “Eastern European Entertainment”, well easier described as girls wearing next to nothing and only shown on channels late at night.
To that I simply pulled my tee-shirt up slightly to reveal a small portion of the hip band, showing above my jeans, seeing a steel band around my waist was enough to get a reply of “WTF”
The evening went on from there, and the conversation topic seemed to stay focused on this, even though PR, PW and T did not want to know more, a question or two kept coming out. PW’s friend kept asking questions like “so your wife controls it… she decides… but how… why…and?”
Eventually I said, its easier if I show you just how serious this is, and at that I undid the fly to my jeans and pulled them open enough just to show the lock, “Fuck me thats serious….” was the reply from all four.
For the rest of the night PW’s mate wanted to see the rest, he wanted to see this magical belt, but more than that, he wanted to know where he could get one.
It was a good evening, too much beer, then wine, and a very sore head that followed.

Okay, I need something explained. Why would you tell all of these guys about wearing a device? How did that come about? I remember reading a post of yours where you mention perhaps telling one of your friends, but a group of them?
I’m more impressed that you dont’ seem to be embarrassed by this. Hell, most of my friends barely talk about vanilla sex or make dirty jokes – I can’t even imagine their reaction should they hear about my wearing a device. Last year one of my friends (a woman) made a joke about all the freaky kids getting genital piercings, and I asked “What makes you think it’s just the kids?” and she freaked.
I do have some younger friends who seem more hip to the alternative scene, so I’d be okay mentioning it to them, but I know it would get back to the older crowd.

You are braver than me, the only person that knows I wear a belt is my wife. I can’t imagine telling friends, unless of course I was very drunk !
I am finding it a little more uncomfortable now the hotter weather is here, put the cream on both morning and evening, which seems to help. The other problem I am getting is a small amount of movement between the two shields, which catches my scrotum sometimes and gives me a pinch! I can’t seem to bend it into a position that stops it happening.

Tom, the 4 of us (the regulars) have known each other almost 10 years, we used to work with each other, and for some reason we got very close as friends, and we meet up every so often for drinks and catch up.
One of them we knew was very in to bondage, he used to leave work all dressed up ready to go to bondage clubs so it was hard not to know.
It just happened, funny though he was the one most shocked!
